Guitar Conert, Glowsticks, and Smashed TV’s

The biggest thing that happened today was in my head: I have officially officially decided to do my television smashing party.  On Feb. 11, many tv’s won’t be working anymore, so I’ll have my friends over to destroy them in my front yard.  Then we’ll make necklaces out of the scrap! Whoo-hooo!

Exams next week.  All I have to say is ughk, and, AAk!

Yesterday was coolio.  I performed in the winter guitar concert, which was actually better than I expected.  I thought nobody would come, since it was rescheduled at the last moment.  I have been to a few concerts in my 4-year orchestra carrer, so I was very confident this time.  My favorite part was that I brought glowsticks!  I gave them to all of the six guitar players and my friends who came (not my FAKE friends that didn’t go! >P).  It turns out to be a positive way to meet people.  After all, I only met half of the group thirty minutes before the concert!

*Note: Glowsticks=Friendly Icebreakers

*Note: Having fun is better than stressing out right before the performance (i.e. taking wacky pictures with marching band’s hats)

*Note: “Number” means piece you are going to play & your name, and not a numeral.  Soup-Four! (inside joke, ahaha!)

After the concert I was playing with a superball and my friend Soup threw it about 2.5 yards to my left, and I ran after it.  I did the splits in my cute but deadly shoes and skinned my knee on concrete.  And my purple stockings are trashed! Booohoo…

Yeah but it was fun.  Here’s a hi-def hi-tech picture of some of us!

Bad picture, but all I got! I have purple legs
